Hospitality was always one of the fundamental values of the charterhouse and still is today. The historical interior with its wonderful atmosphere provide the stylish background. Culinary specialities can be enjoyed in the dignified and yet cosy restaurant, in the stylish atmosphere of the function rooms and in the secluded garden restaurant. Many of these, even the choice wines and spirits, emanate from sources of own production.
